Cathy Kraus Stapinski

I am 51 years young ... seeking Truth always as I consciously abide in a sustainable and giving way to "Our Environmental Well Being"; Daily striving to be a Good Steward of our habitat and extending a compassionate hand of Love driven Care to my "Neighbors".

I was born in Freeport, Long Island, New York and when I was in 2nd grade my parents uprooted our family to grow up and flourish in a healthier environment, being New Hampshire and Vermont.

I am proud to say that I lived 20 years in Vermont, which today is the 1st State to Officially Say No to FRACKING! For the last 18 years I have lived and thrived in the Pittsburgh 3 Rivers Region, this is my home and why I Dare to Share the TRUTH about FRACKING ...

Truthfully, Cathy Kraus Stapinski

I am 63, living in Butler County, PA.  I will begin the ride July 16th from Pittsburgh and continue with the rest of the ride to Washington DC.  To me the environment is of primary importance.  Without healthy soil and good clean water we cannot survive.

I am participating in the Tour de Frack with the hope that we can raise more awareness to the ramifications of slick water, hydraulic fracturing and raise a voice loud enough that our legislators will take notice.  Too many people have had their lives devastated by the results of wells near their homes.

I have two daughters and one grandson.  I want them to have a safe place to live with clean water so they can grow, thrive and continue to contribute to mother earth.
